Introducing the multifunctional Model 25 L machine designed for producing a variety of Italian breadsticks, grissini, taralli, lamb, and biscotti cookies. Our company specializes in manufacturing a unique molder specifically tailored for creating crispy grissini sticks. Our equipment is specially developed to produce crispy breadcrumbs using rice, corn, wheat, or mixed grain dough, including gluten-free options and dough with flavor additives.
The key to success in this business lies in our original recipe and packaging for taralli, lambs, and bagels of various types and shapes, all molded from a strip of dough. By skipping the rolling process, our machine effortlessly produces homemade noodles of different widths. The length of the finished products is cut automatically.
The dough cutter can be electrically controlled and programmed via a timer for continuous operation. Prior to starting the equipment, various parameters of the finished product can be adjusted, allowing the machine to handle everything automatically. Additionally, the machine comes with an adjustable grid to regulate the thickness of the dough entering the extruder. The trolley mounting system is designed to occupy minimal space in the initial position.
Distinguishing features of the Model 25 L, compared to the 25 Automatic model, include:
A molder with larger rollers, measuring 73 mm in diameter (instead of 40 mm), facilitating the passage of various dough types.
An extended output conveyor of 1900 mm, allowing for more convenient machine stoppage during unloading.
A roller conveyor for loading measuring 900 mm.
The dough extruder is equipped with a scraper and inserted from the back of the machine.
The cutting device is equipped with an independent motor.

Transportation: The buyer is responsible for transportation costs. We offer delivery to any non-sanctioned country worldwide, subject to prior agreement.
Packaging: The product price includes standard packing on a wooden pallet with a carton box. At an additional cost of EUR 90.00, the buyer can request packaging in a wooden box.
Warranty: The warranty period for new equipment is 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electronic parts.
Technical inspection and functional testing of electronic components are conducted by our technical staff at our office in Italy. The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with technical inspection, transportation, packaging of spare parts for repair or replacement, and labor costs for the installation of spare parts. The warranty is void if machine parts are repaired or replaced with non-original spare parts or if technical actions are performed without the manufacturer's permission. Normal wear and improper maintenance of machine parts are not covered by the warranty. In all the aforementioned situations, the buyer cannot claim damages from the manufacturer.
The buyer is obligated to ensure that the equipment complies with all contractual requirements upon delivery and that no damage has occurred during transport. If any damage is detected, the machine must not be used, and the buyer must notify us within 7 days. The manufacturer's responsibility is limited to the reimbursement or replacement of only those parts that, in the manufacturer's opinion, are damaged or faulty. Complete replacement of the machine is excluded, and the manufacturer is not responsible for collateral damage or loss of customers due to a damaged or faulty machine. Damaged or faulty parts are replaced with new ones only after they are received at the factory.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Accidental damage during transportation.
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or insufficient maintenance.
Malfunctions caused by improper installation of the machine.
Unauthorized interventions or malicious interference by third parties.
Problems, damages, or incidents resulting from the absence or improper application of the instructions described in the "Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine". Any use or intervention on the machine that does not comply with the manual is considered incorrect and inappropriate.
VAT: Not included.
Commissioning: Not included. The cost of installation and commissioning, carried out by our technical staff, is EUR 500 per day, plus transportation and accommodation costs.
EU Compliance: All machines are accompanied by a printed "Operation and Maintenance Manual" containing the EC Declaration of Conformity and the corresponding nameplate.
Responsibility: The manufacturer bears no responsibility for the misuse of the machine.
Claims: Claims will only be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. The Court of Italy is the responsible legal entity for resolving claims.
Delivery of Goods: Delivery of goods without written approval and relevant accompanying documents is not permitted.
