We present a fully automated buckwheat puffing production line with a capacity of 50 kg/hr. The approximate figures provided above are for the raw material input into the machine. It's crucial that the raw material is free from dust and impurities, visually uniform, can be perfectly peeled if needed, and has a moisture content of 12 to 13%. The entire process is automated.
 
Operational Principle:
Initial phase for moisture reduction of the product.
Compression using injected steam.
Expansion in a standard atmosphere, with collection inside a soundproof tunnel.

Main Features:
Cooking pipe with electric heating, adjustable speed, and temperature.
Pressure vessel with steam injection controlled by electromagnetic valve.
Soundproof tunnel to reduce noise during the expansion phase and for product collection.
Cycle phases controlled by an electrical control panel.

Adding milk, hot chocolate, yogurt, marshmallow, or peanut butter to these puffed grains will greatly enhance their flavor.

Warranty: 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electronic components. Repairs or replacements with non-original spare parts void the warranty.
 
The responsibility for checking the equipment's compliance with contractual requirements upon delivery lies with the buyer. Damages during transport or improper use are not covered under warranty.
 
Manufacturer's Liability: The manufacturer is not responsible for improper machine use or interventions by unauthorized parties.
 
VAT: Not included.

Commissioning: Not included. The cost for installation and commissioning by technical staff is 450.00 EUR per day, plus transport and accommodation expenses.
 
EU Compliance: Machines are accompanied by a printed "Operation and Maintenance Manual" containing the EC conformity certificate and appropriate labeling.
 
Delivery: Delivery of the product without prior written agreement and accompanying documents is not allowed.
