We invite you to consider a complete new Italian production line for filling, capping, and labeling small glass jars, as shown in the photo, with either regular or cream honey. The line boasts a capacity of up to 2000 kg/h for filling 50-gram glass jars!

 

A comprehensive technical description will be provided upon request as it is too extensive to include here. This machine can dose quantities between 150 and 5.000 ml., without having to replace any mechanical part. For quantities below 150 ml. you simply need to insert a reduction unit (option).

This machine can dose quantities between 150 and 5.000 ml. For quantities below 150 ml. you simply need to insert a reduction unit (option).

Mechanical max. hourly output adjustable up to: 
- 7.000 containers/hour sizes up to 1.200 ml. (up to Ø 105 mm.). 
- 3.000 containers/hour sizes from 1.300 up to 2.400 ml. 
- 1.500 containers/hour sizes from 2.500 up to 5.000 ml.
 
If very liquid products, or bottles with little neck are used, the force of the jet filling must be reduced to prevent splashing or spilling outside the container. Consequently max hourly output will be reduced.
 
Production speed depends on: 
Product: physical characteristics, size, filling volume, liquidity, foam formation, splashing, spillage. 
Containers: dimension and size, dimension of neck. 
Production speed must be adapted in consideration off all these factors. 

If very liquid products are used, or product provoking foam formations during filling, the force of the jet must be reduced to prevent splashing or spilling from the container. Consequently all hourly outputs will be reduced.
