Packaging options are varied, including paper and film. The machine is supplied as a complete line, from grain mixing to soaking hopper. It is a cost-effective Korean equipment designed for producing 2 rice cakes per minute.

 

The company offers a fully automated press for cereal production, supplying the entire line from manufacturing to pallet storage of the finished products. This specially designed equipment is suitable for producing whole grain breads made from various grains like white, black, wild rice, corn, wheat, wheat pellet, potato pellet, corn pellet, sweet potato pellet, barley, millet, kamut, buckwheat, oats, grain mixes, and gelatinized granules. For all forms, it can process 14 kg of rice in 2 hours or 42 kg in 6 hours. It supports the use of all types of oil-free grains.

Note: The price includes packaging in a film and a wooden box. When shipped to the buyer, the manufacturer does not pour hydraulic oil into the equipment, for ease of clearance. Also, the manufacturer, complete with equipment, puts all the necessary spare parts and tools for maintenance and equipment care.

Warranty: The warranty period for new equipment is 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electronic parts.

 

The check of electronic components is carried out by technical staff at our company office in Korea. The costs associated with technical inspection, functional testing, transportation and packaging of spare parts for their repair or replacement, as well as labor costs for the installation of spare parts, as mentioned above, are at the expense of the Buyer.

 

Repair or replacement of machine parts with non-original spare parts, voids any warranty obligations from the Manufacturer, this also applies in case of technical actions not presented in the “Operation and Maintenance Manual” machines or which are performed without the permission of the manufacturer. Parts of the machine that are subject to normal wear or improper maintenance during the operation of the machine are not covered by the warranty. In all of the above situations, the Buyer cannot claim damages from the Manufacturer.
