We offer you our new Italian machine for an electric pasta cooker 3 baskets 15 liters, with a device for the automatic lifting of baskets at the end of cooking. The cooking time can be programmed separately for each basket. The temperature and level of water preparation are automatically controlled by the machine. Body made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the brew tank in AISI 316 stainless steel. Available: 3 deep baskets.

Guarantee:
The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the start date of the equipment, except for electrical, electronic and parts subject to normal wear. Equipment is out of warranty if used inappropriately. In the event of a repair or replacement, all transport costs, accommodation technician manufacturer paid by the buyer.
 
Transportation: The buyer is responsible for transportation costs. We offer delivery to any non-sanctioned country worldwide, subject to prior agreement.
 
Packaging: the price already includes packaging in a box.
 
Warranty: The warranty period for new equipment is 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electronic parts. Technical inspection and functional testing of electronic components are conducted by our technical staff at our office in Italy. The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with technical inspection, transportation, packaging of spare parts for repair or replacement, and labor costs for the installation of spare parts. The warranty is void if machine parts are repaired or replaced with non-original spare parts or if technical actions are performed without the manufacturer's permission. Normal wear and improper maintenance of machine parts are not covered by the warranty. In all the aforementioned situations, the buyer cannot claim damages from the manufacturer.
 
The buyer is obligated to ensure that the equipment complies with all contractual requirements upon delivery and that no damage has occurred during transport. If any damage is detected, the machine must not be used, and the buyer must notify us within 7 days. The manufacturer's responsibility is limited to the reimbursement or replacement of only those parts that, in the manufacturer's opinion, are damaged or faulty. Complete replacement of the machine is excluded, and the manufacturer is not responsible for collateral damage or loss of customers due to a damaged or faulty machine. Damaged or faulty parts are replaced with new ones only after they are received at the factory.
 
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Accidental damage during transportation.
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or insufficient maintenance.
Malfunctions caused by improper installation of the machine.
Unauthorized interventions or malicious interference by third parties.
Problems, damages, or incidents resulting from the absence or improper application of the instructions described in the "Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine". Any use or intervention on the machine that does not comply with the manual is considered incorrect and inappropriate.

VAT: Not included.
 
Commissioning: Not included. The cost of installation and commissioning, carried out by our technical staff, is EUR 500 per day, plus transportation and accommodation costs.
 
EU Compliance: All machines are accompanied by a printed "Operation and Maintenance Manual" containing the EC Declaration of Conformity and the corresponding nameplate.
 
Responsibility: The manufacturer bears no responsibility for the misuse of the machine.
 
Claims: Claims will only be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. The Court of Italy is the responsible legal entity for resolving claims.
 
Delivery of Goods: Delivery of goods without written approval and relevant accompanying documents is not permitted.
