This is a set of Chinese beginner equipment 80kg/h. The secret to business success corn sticks, lies in the original recipe and packaging. Packaging may be the most different, including laminated paper and matte craft film.
The 2-screw extruder and the entire line (from the hopper to mixing and preparing flour) are supplied. The productivity on the same line can be different, depending on the nozzle size.
The length of the stick is regulated by a rotating built-in cutter. If the product is not corn sticks but another form, you may need another multifunctional knife.
When ordering, specify what fuel drying tunnel will work.

We do commissioning, for 1 day $ 500 for 2 engineers, and service in Eastern Europe, after the warranty period. During the commissioning period and in case of repair or replacement, all costs for transport, and accommodation of the manufacturer's technician/s are paid by the buyer additionally.
 
Warranty 1 year.
The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the date of start of the equipment, except for electrical, electronic, and parts subject to normal wear and tear. The equipment is removed from warranties if used inappropriately.
