Introducing our advanced pretzel making machine, proudly manufactured in Italy, with a high production capacity of up to 70 kg/h. This innovative machine is designed to streamline the pretzel production process and ensure consistent quality.
The dough is formed into a strip and placed on a roller conveyor positioned above. By pushing the dough into the rolling rollers, the machine automates the entire process. With a pre-set cutting period on the screen, the dough is automatically cut into transverse segments, forming future pretzels.
 
The key features of our 70 kg/h pretzel making machine include: Matrix with 73 mm diameter rollers: This larger matrix allows for the smooth passage of various dough types, providing versatility in production.
 
Output conveyor length of 1900 mm: This extended conveyor enables more cuts to be made before pausing the machine for unloading, maximizing efficiency.
 
Roller conveyor for loading at 900 mm: The machine is equipped with a roller conveyor for convenient loading of the dough, ensuring a seamless workflow.
 
Scraper-equipped dough former: The dough former is equipped with a scraper, further enhancing the precision and consistency of the dough formation process. It is easily accessible from the back of the machine for convenient maintenance.
 
Independent motor for the cutting device: The cutting device is equipped with its own motor, ensuring precise and efficient cutting operations.

In addition to the matrix installed on the machine, you have the option to obtain other dies for different types and diameters of pretzels ranging from 6 to 24 mm. Each order includes one dough cutter as a standard feature.

Transportation: The buyer is responsible for transportation costs. We offer delivery to any non-sanctioned country worldwide, subject to prior agreement.
 
Packaging: The product price includes standard packing on a wooden pallet with a carton box. At an additional cost of EUR 80.00, the buyer can request packaging in a wooden box.
 
Warranty: The warranty period for new equipment is 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electronic parts.
 
Technical inspection and functional testing of electronic components are conducted by our technical staff at our office in Italy. The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with technical inspection, transportation, packaging of spare parts for repair or replacement, and labor costs for the installation of spare parts. The warranty is void if machine parts are repaired or replaced with non-original spare parts or if technical actions are performed without the manufacturer's permission. Normal wear and improper maintenance of machine parts are not covered by the warranty. In all the aforementioned situations, the buyer cannot claim damages from the manufacturer.
 
The buyer is obligated to ensure that the equipment complies with all contractual requirements upon delivery and that no damage has occurred during transport. If any damage is detected, the machine must not be used, and the buyer must notify us within 7 days. The manufacturer's responsibility is limited to the reimbursement or replacement of only those parts that, in the manufacturer's opinion, are damaged or faulty. Complete replacement of the machine is excluded, and the manufacturer is not responsible for collateral damage or loss of customers due to a damaged or faulty machine. Damaged or faulty parts are replaced with new ones only after they are received at the factory.
 
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Accidental damage during transportation.
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or insufficient maintenance.
Malfunctions caused by improper installation of the machine.
Unauthorized interventions or malicious interference by third parties.
Problems, damages, or incidents resulting from the absence or improper application of the instructions described in the "Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine". Any use or intervention on the machine that does not comply with the manual is considered incorrect and inappropriate.

VAT: Not included.
 
Commissioning: Not included. The cost of installation and commissioning, carried out by our technical staff, is EUR 500 per day, plus transportation and accommodation costs.
 
EU Compliance: All machines are accompanied by a printed "Operation and Maintenance Manual" containing the EC Declaration of Conformity and the corresponding nameplate.
Responsibility: The manufacturer bears no responsibility for the misuse of the machine.
 
Claims: Claims will only be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. The Court of Italy is the responsible legal entity for resolving claims.
 
Delivery of Goods: Delivery of goods without written approval and relevant accompanying documents is not permitted.
