Introducing our versatile Taralli Making Machine, model 25E. Our Italian company has developed this new mold specifically designed for producing crispy taralli. This multifunctional equipment is capable of producing taralli from various types of dough, including rice, corn, wheat, mixed grains, gluten-free, and flavored dough. The key to success in this business lies in the original recipe and packaging.
 
Taralli are snacks with a specific shape, made from strips of dough. The lengthwise cut of the finished products is done manually by pressing the cutter. The forming and placement on a baking sheet are also done manually. Packaging options can vary, including paper, blister, box, or flow pack.
 
This machine can be supplied as a standalone unit or as part of a complete production line, ranging from dough mixing to palletizing on a pallet. The dough-cutting process is controlled manually for transverse segments of the formed dough strips.
 
All surfaces that come in contact with the dough are made of high-quality INOX stainless steel or Teflon. The machine has a production capacity of up to 50 kg/h, allowing for efficient output of finished products. The matrix is easily interchangeable and can be removed using two rotating handles.

Transportation: The cost of transportation will be borne by the buyer. We offer delivery to any non-sanctioned country worldwide, subject to prior agreement.
 
In different countries, our equipment may have different names: Taralli making machine, taralli processing machine, taralli machine,  taralli machinery, automated taralli machine.
 
Packaging: Standard packaging includes a wooden pallet and a carton box, which is included in the product price. Upon request, for an additional fee of 80,00 EUR, we can provide packaging in a wooden box.
 
Warranty: The warranty period for new equipment is 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electronic parts.
 
Technical inspection and functional testing of electronic components are carried out by our technical staff at our company office in Italy. The costs associated with technical inspection, transportation, packaging of spare parts for repair or replacement, and labor costs for installation are the responsibility of the buyer. The use of non-original spare parts for repairs or unauthorized technical actions voids any warranty obligations from the manufacturer. Normal wear and improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty. The buyer cannot claim damages from the manufacturer in the aforementioned situations.
 
Buyer's obligations: The buyer must ensure that the delivered equipment fully complies with the contractual requirements and report any damage within 7 days of receipt.
The manufacturer's responsibility is limited to the reimbursement or replacement of damaged or non-functional parts, as determined by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer is not responsible for collateral damage or loss of customers due to a damaged machine. Damaged parts will be replaced with new ones upon their receipt at the factory.
 
Warranty Exclusions. The warranty does not cover the following:
Accidental damage during transportation
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or insufficient maintenance
Malfunctions due to improper installation
Interventions performed by unauthorized third parties
Problems or damages resulting from the absence or improper application of the instructions in the "Operation and Maintenance Manual"
 
VAT: VAT is not included in the listed prices.
 
Commissioning: The cost of installation and commissioning by our technical staff is EUR 500.00 per day, excluding transport and accommodation costs.
 
EU Compliance: All machines come with a printed "Operation and Maintenance Manual" that includes the EC Declaration of Conformity and the corresponding nameplate.
 
Responsibility: The manufacturer bears no responsibility for the misuse of the machine.
 
Claims: Claims will only be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The Court of Italy is the legal entity responsible for resolving any claims.
 
Delivery of Goods: Delivery of goods without written approval and relevant accompanying documents is not permitted.
