Vegetable steam blanching line 4 t/h

I offer you a new Turkish line for blanching various vegetables with steam: 4 t/h for green peas, broccoli - 2.5-3 t/h, for corn cob up to 2 t/h.
 
Technical characteristics:
 
1. SCREW ELEVATOR
It is made of AISI 304 Cr. Ni stainless material. There will be a screw conveyor that makes rotational movement with the motor reducer drive in the body open top pipe shape Body length: 4.5m.
Screw diameter: approx. 40cm. * screw pitch: approx. 20cm.
Screw sheet thickness 3mm. * Body sheet thickness 3mm. * screw pipe: diameter 140mm With cleaning cover at the bottom. With profile feet.
Its electrical control will be added to the Blancher panel.
 
2. BLANCHER FEEDING SHAKER

3. BELT BLANCHER-COOLER 
For blanching till 97-98 °C by hot water/steam/hot water & steam mix and cooling by fresh water and fresh/chilled water + air of the almost all kinds of vegetables.
Total Length: approx. 10m.x Belt useful width: approx. 1,8m.
Product feeding and pre-heating Section Length 2,5m. (circulating hot water) 
Blanching Section Length 2,4m. (circulating spraying hot water/steam/steam+hot water mix)
Rinsing Section Length, 0,7m. (spraying freshwater) 
Pre-cooling Length 1,0m. (spraying freshwater)
Cooling Section Length, 2,0m. (spraying fresh/chilled water + air cooling)
Product discharge Section Length, 1,2m.
 
4. BLANCHER OUTPUT SHAKER
It is for the process of collecting the product spilled from the blancher belt by stopping transversely at the blancher-cooler exi and sieving of the water. Mounted on swing arms AISI 304 Cr.Ni. material, sieved straw walker.
Body length approx. 3 meters. x sieve width 75cm.
AISI 304Cr.Ni. Chassis made of box profile with 3mm wall thickness. Driven by two vibration motors 0.75 kW (x2=1.5kw)230/400 VAC
Its electrical control will be added to the Blancher panel.
For the American market, depending on the machine model, we complete electric motors with power supply 220V-60Hz-1ph and 220V-60Hz-3ph.
 
Transport: at the expense of the buyer. Delivery is possible by agreement to any non-sanctioned country in the world.
 
Packing: at the request of the buyer, for a separate payment, it is possible to pack in a wooden box (+423.00 EUR).
 
Warranty: The warranty period for new equipment is 12 months for mechanical parts.
 
Checking of electronic components is carried out by technical staff at our company office in Turkey. The costs associated with technical inspection, functional testing, transport and packaging of spare parts for their repair or replacement, as well as labor costs for the installation of spare parts, as mentioned above, are at the expense of the Buyer.
 
Repair or replacement of machine parts with non-original spare parts will void any warranty obligations from the Manufacturer, this also applies in case of technical actions not presented in the “Operation and Maintenance Manual” of the machine or which are performed without the permission of the manufacturer. Parts of the machine that are subject to normal wear or improper maintenance during the operation of the machine are not covered by the warranty. In all of the above situations, the Buyer cannot claim damages from the Manufacturer.
 
The buyer is obliged to check that, upon delivery to the destination, the equipment technically fully complies with the contractual requirements and that no damage was found during transport. Otherwise, the customer must not use the machine and notify us within 7 days. The responsibility of the Manufacturer is limited to the reimbursement or replacement of only those parts that, in the opinion of the Manufacturer, are damaged (faulty) or non-functional. In case of detection of damaged (faulty) parts of the machine, a complete replacement of the machine is excluded and the Manufacturer is not responsible for collateral damage or loss of customers of the Buyer due to a damaged (faulty) machine. Damaged (faulty) parts are replaced with new ones only after they are received at the factory.
 
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Accidental damage during transportation;
Damage caused by improper use of the machine or as a result of its negligence and insufficient maintenance;
Malfunctions caused by improper installation of the machine;
Interventions performed by unauthorized third parties or other malicious interference;
The company is not responsible for problems, damages, incidents that may arise as a result of the absence or poor application of the instructions described in the “Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine”. Any use or tampering with the machine that does not comply with the manual mentioned above should be considered incorrect and inappropriate.
 
VAT: not included
 
Commissioning: not included. The cost of installation and commissioning of the machine, carried out by the technical staff, is 450.00 EUR per day, plus transport and accommodation costs.
 
EU Compliance: all machines are accompanied by a printed "Operation and Maintenance Manual", which contains the EC Declaration of Conformity, as well as the corresponding nameplate.
 
Responsibility: The manufacturer does not bear any responsibility for the misuse of the machine.
 
Claims: Possible claims will only be taken into account if they are submitted in writing within 7 days from receipt of the Goods. The legal entity responsible for resolving possible claims is the Turkey court.
 
Delivery of goods: delivery of goods without written approval and relevant accompanying documents is not allowed.
